Howard brings the experience with over 20 years of buying, selling, and personally flipping over 180 homes in Cherokee County and surrounding areas. Last year Howard was once again a top producer; being top 25 out of 1200 Maximum One Greater Atlanta Realtors over the last 6 years.

Tim brings a fresh perspective to an older industry. Capitalizing on this generation's use of social media and other technology, he helps keep Home Pledge on top of the market.

Howard has been married to his wife Melissa since 1982, has 4 kids and 20 GRANDKIDS! When he is not working, much of his time is spent giving tractor rides, pushing swings, and playing with the kids! Since moving to Cherokee County in 1994, he has spent a great deal of time serving at his church, coaching a local cross country team, and giving back to the community.

As one of 10 children, Howard was raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and his first paid job was making cheese! He has now been buying and selling homes since 1995 in Cherokee County and surrounding areas.

Howard has been either the investor, landlord or realtor on hundreds of homes in this area, he brings a unique experience for his clients. Having learned from so many of his own deals, he is able to help others avoid costly mistakes and also benefit from his network in the area.

Tim is a husband, and father of 4 boys. You may have come across his name before as his story went viral when they announced they were pregnant again. Their story was featured on Inside Edition, People Magazine and dozens of other news sources.

In addition to working with Real Estate, Tim also is a worship leader, loves music and has a huge passion for serving churches. You can check out his original music at theelmmusic.com. If you spent much time around his house, you would see that Tim also spends a great deal of time wearing super hero masks and playing with legos.

Growing up in the home of a real estate investor, Tim learned very quickly the ins and outs of real estate. From purchasing and selling, to gutting and remodeling, he has gained a lot of experience over the years. He followed in his fathers footsteps and began investing in real estate in 2013. Since then he has gained an even better appreciation for the joys of home ownership and helping people find a home that they will love.
